Eat healthy and excercise, work on your abdomin mostly. join a gym or get a personal trainer, they can give you a nice, healthy looking body by summertime

if you dont want to spend the money though then get a hula hoop, do some pushups and 20 20 sets [20 pushups followed by 20 crunches and 20 jumpng jacks followed by 19 pushups 19 jumping jacks and crunches followed by 18.....you get the idea]

Bars for Triumph Bonneville?
I have an 08 Bonney and have seen pictures of bars that hook to the shock mount and possibly rear foot peg to keep saddlebags out of the rear wheel. Has anyone ever seen a huge black wolf?
I live in a small town in Oregon. My mom lives way out in the mountains, I mean, way out. I was driving home at night with her last year when this HUGE black hairy wolf-like animal came out from the side of the ravine (take into mind we are going up switchbacks, so each side of the road is very very steep or straight up mountain) leap across the road and up the other side. This "wolf" was almost the size of a horse, it’s no typical wolf, but I know for a fact it was not a horse or any other animal I have ever seen, it was black, long hair, and shorter legs than a horse with a long hairy tail. It did not even take the time to look our way. I have seen cougars, bob-cats, foxes and coyotes. Never have a seen such a creature. The neighbor that lives a few miles from us works for Fish and Wildlife, he has never seen it and he hunts the area with his hound dogs. I only saw it this one time and think about it often, my mom and I both know it was something WAY out of the ordinary.

Well Gray wolves that do live in your area can get up to 6.4 feet. That is very uncommon and being as you said it was black. It could be some sort of inbreed species of something. Or it well could be something i myself have seen in my past. Unfortunately every time i have seen this Dog/Wolf it usually means something pretty bad is about to happen. It all depends on what you believe. I first say it when i was only 7 and have seen it three other times in my life proceeding some disastrous event.
